• Increase public understanding and change personal behaviors: • Understand personal risk of HIV infection and utilize options for safe sex behaviors (the ABC options). • Understand and utilize comprehensive health care including VCT, nutrition, TB, ARV and traditional medicine. • Conduct home visits to engage family members in educational talks according to local plan.( A pair of volunteers to reach 260 people in 5 days on average ) • Give face to face education on HIV prevention, health care for AIDS and social support for affected children and family members
