We often think that leaders are only people who we see on TV, who are members of government, the business sector and other public institutions. Yet how many of us think about the fact that our mothers, fathers, sisters and brothers are leaders in their own right. What makes a good leader? Why would people choose to follow a particular leader and how do good leaders work with people for the better good; instead of simply telling people what to do without finding out what they think? This section of the website tries to answer these questions. We also invite you to tell us who you think are good leaders and why.
