1 March 2010 - 5 March 2010 The Management Accounting for Non Governmental Organisations (MANGO), an organisation that helps aid agencies, NGOs and non-profits to work more effectively, is conducting a course on Practical Financial Management for NGOs - Getting the Basics Right from 1-5 March 2010 in Nairobi, Kenya.
This five-day course provides a practical introduction to financial management for managers and finance officers of small to medium sized NGOs. It covers the ‘building blocks’ of financial management: keeping accounts, financial planning, internal control and financial monitoring.
