The South African Delegation once again appears before you in order to respond to the comments and questions directed at us. We have also attached annexures which we believe will prove useful. We ask for your indulgence where we have been unable to fully address your concerns. We will ensure that our next country report is more comprehensive. We have tried to group your questions in terms of their relatedness, rather than deal seriatim with each question. There are, of course some questions which stand on their own, which we have responded to. At the end of the report we have listed recommendations you made during our initial presentation. Furthermore, we will certainly communicate the recommendations to our Government. Chairperson, let me proceed with our response to your questions.
